Staluform uses state-of-the-art 3D design software to develop all products to be manufactured at our manufacturing facility.
We have five Autodesk Product Development Suite licences. All designs are done by four designers and a toolmaker in-house using Autodesk Inventor software for product development and tooling design.
Due to the high density of concrete (2.5 times that of water), shutters are stress analysed using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) that is available as part of the Inventor package. By using this method we avoid shutter deformation during the pouring and vibration process.
