Manufacturing

Overview

The manufacturing facility is located in Waltloo, Pretoria. It is a 3500 m² manufacturing facility with two 5-ton overhead cranes and a staff compliment of more than 60. The layout of the factory has been optimised for one way flow. Raw material enters at one end of the factory, where it is offloaded by crane and stored in dedicated racks. It then goes through various processing stages until it arrives at assembly and welding. The completed products are then finished and painted before it exits at the other side of the factory to be shipped to the client. All major processes have built in redundancy, with two or more machines of the same type, should a breakdown occur.
