Columns from a support function in all multi storey building. The major standard types are Rectangular/Square, Round and Oblong.
All Column Box Sides come standard with lifting rings and prop stays.
Consists of 2x A-Type small sides and a Circular Column Box
The square/ rectangular columns is available in two types. C-Type, where all four sides look exactly the same and A-Type, where the sides are split into a small side and main side.
Push Pull Props come in various sizes and are mostly used for plumbing, column formwork and wall formwork. The sizes vary as follows: Push-Pull Prop S1(1100-2100) Push-Pull Prop S2(2100-3100) Push-Pull Prop S3(3100-4100) Push-Pull Prop S4(4100-5100) Push-Pull Prop S5(5100-6100)
We manufacture 3 distinct types of walling systems. The type of system depends on the application as well as the size of the project and pour height.
This is a medium duty type of system that is used throughout Southern Africa, and components can be purchased from many suppliers, It has a rated capacity of 60kPa.
This system is for smaller projects where cranes are not available, and all formwork must be moved by hand. It has a rated capacity of 40kPa.
This is for industrial use and large projects. Panels are heavy with a steel face. The system is rated at 100kPa.
Wall climbing brackets are used for lift shafts and stair walls for multistorey buildings.
We manufacture 2 types of props in various sizes. Props are mostly used to support slab formwork while the concrete is being poured and also for back propping the slab until the concrete achieves the necessary strength.
Loading Platforms are used to get material to different levels of multi storey buildings. We manufacture 2 types of loading platforms. The 2.5 ton unit is a complete welded assembly, while the 3 ton unit requires assembly on site.
Three different types of concrete buckets are on offer with different capacities.
For safety on construction sites at slab edges. It can accommodate scaffold tubes, planks or safety screens
On any building site there is a lot of material like scaffolding and shutters that must be moved around and if it is under a slab, a crane cannot be used. The trolley makes it easy to move material to the next location or where the crane has access to it
Our material skip n has a 500kg capacity and are load tested to 1 ton. They are stackable inside each other for ease of transport when empty. They can be moved by crane or forklift.
It is specifically designed for easy offloading of materials like sand and rubble with the tilting mechanism.
Special Formwork can be for many uses and are usually application specific. These shutters are custom designed, based on the concrete design and customer specification.
Columns form and integral part in the structure of a building. That however does not mean it cannot be aesthetically pleasing.
Facades can increase the aesthetic appeal of a building. It can take the form of brows, arches or curved balcony edges.
Staircases can be cast in-situ or pre-cast and come in a variety of shapes and sizes. The pre-cast stair mould can be made modular to cater for different lengths of stairs.
The components for can be split into three areas. Piers and pier heads that support the bridge. Bridge beams that connect from pier to pier and on which the deck is cast . Parapet and barriers are cast on top of the slab to provide safety for vehicles and pedestrians.
Piers come in many forms depending on the application.
Bridge beams are selected based on the span of the beam between the pier as well as the load that it has to carry. There are a selection of standard types of bridge beams which can be accessed from our downloads section.
Parapets are at the edge of the bridge. There are standard types that have been specified by SANRAL. Barriers form protection for pedestrians and between directional lanes of traffic
Many concrete components are involved in roads whether it be a concrete road or normal tar road.
Roadforms are used for slabs cast at ground level. The Roadform can also be manufactured with a recess former where it is required for joints in the slab.
Kerbs come in various shapes and sizes. Our mould design allows for quick stripping and demoulding. Many Different types of kerbs exist depending on application. A list of our standard types can be obtained in the downloads section.
The pipe moulds are available in 4 sizes. It has a tongue and groove feature for interlocking the pipes. The culverts different sizes can be obtained from the downloads section.
Many other infrastructure projects also rely on concrete that needs to be formed, like Wind Turbines, waterworks etc
There are two main types of Turbine Bases. The solid base is for steel wind towers and the hollow base where post tensioned concrete towers are used.
Water tower formwork are design specific and custom designed bases on the shape.
